Add a Google, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook or Other Account to Windows 11 for Email & Calendar Access

Windows 11 makes it easy to add one of your external email accounts such as a Gmail account to be used with the built in Mail and Calendar apps that come with Windows. You can even setup a POP3 or IMAP account. It only takes a few steps to get your email, calendar and contacts imported into Windows so you can use these default apps.
