Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer will travel to Colombia on April 25 to lead the U.S. delegation for the international conference on Venezuela. He will be accompanied by Special Presidential Advisor for the Americas Chris Dodd and National Security Council Senior Director for Western Hemisphere Affairs Juan Gonzalez.
